If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Our goal is to make the return and refund process simple, fair, and transparent while ensuring the safety and hygiene of products intended for babies and young children.

Please review the information below before submitting a return request.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team first.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or videos if applicable

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Please note that the return address may differ from the shipping address shown on your package.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Because many of our products are intended for feeding, teething, hygiene, or personal care, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that come into direct contact with a baby's mouth, skin, or feeding routine are generally not eligible for return after opening.

Examples include:

  • Pacifiers

  • Fruit feeders

  • Teethers

  • Feeding bottles

  • Drinking cups

  • Baby bibs

  • Feeding bowls and plates

  • Baby spoons and forks

  • Nasal aspirators

  • Grooming kits

  • Nursing pads

  • Personal care products

We also reserve the right to refuse returns for products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives with an issue.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

  • An item with missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

  • Photos of the product packaging when applicable

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

The resolution offered will depend on the specific circumstances of the case.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

After reviewing the tracking information and carrier status, we may provide:

  • A replacement shipment

  • A refund

  • Store credit

If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, we recommend checking with family members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier before contacting us.

While we will do our best to help, packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered fulfilled.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to personal preference, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Ordering the wrong product, color, or variation.

  • No longer wanting the item.

Return shipping costs are not charged to customers when:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit.

  • The item is defective or faulty.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The product is missing essential parts or components.

In these situations, WinnyBabi may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, issue a refund, offer store credit, or cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, customers may not be required to return the item. The appropriate resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

WinnyBabi is not responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Delivery Delays

We work hard to ensure timely delivery of every order.

However, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volume periods

  • Natural disasters

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds when the package remains in transit within a reasonable delivery timeframe.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and approval

  • 5–10 business days for your payment provider or bank to process the refund

Actual processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Situations Not Covered

Refund requests may not be approved in situations including, but not limited to:

  • The customer no longer wants the item.

  • The customer ordered the wrong product, color, or variation.

  • The customer failed to review product descriptions before purchase.

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The return request is submitted after the 30-day return period.

  • Delivery delays that remain within a reasonable shipping timeframe.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Our support team is committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.

WinnyBabi reserves the right to submit supporting documentation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communications in response to payment disputes or chargeback claims.

Right to Refuse Returns

To protect our customers and business, WinnyBabi reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
